we do this all with a 6 person engineering team. our core philosophy is that giving a small group of world class people a noble mission is the fastest way to make meaningful change in the world.

what you’ll be doing

• you will be joining 222 as an ML-focused engineering hire - spearheading all things machine learning, data processing & pipelining, feature engineering, & data analysis
• you will be focused on solving 2 core ML tasks:
  • matching people-to-people by using our our proprietary dataset of personality data & labeled IRL human interactions (the largest one in the world)
  • matching people-to-places by creating representations of the places in a city using data scraped from the internet & reported by our members
